Well...

I'd love to post pictures of my kiddos all dressed up in their halloween garb. Boy, were they cute! But, unfortunately, I can't find my camera. :( I think I may have left it at our pastor's house when we went trick or treating on Saturday night, but I don't know for sure. Anyway, stay tuned for more fun pictures..... I hope.

Pumpkin Carving

Well, it's that time of year. We finally (the night before Halloween) got around to carving our pumpkins. Cooper enjoyed coloring the baby's pumpkin (gotta love the tongue!)...

This is "Cooper & Mommy's" pumpkin. Really it was Mommy's, but Cooper chose what he wanted me to put on it. :)

Daddy and Kaelyn worked hard on carving Kaelyn's pumpkin. I gave him a hard time about Kaelyn's pumpkin turning into his handiwork so he let her do a little bit of the carving.
Not sure if you can tell what it is from this picture, but it's a pirate ship. :) Very cool.

It's a....

GIRL!!!!!!!!

Apparently, this ultrasound picture shows that. Yeah, I don't really see it either. But I trust the ultrasound technician since she's been doing this for a long time. She said that she won't call it unless she's really sure - so hopefully she is! This baby was pretty darn bashful the entire time we were there. The good news is that I have some fibroids (that are anything to worry about either) that will have to be checked again in this pregnancy so I'll have another ultrasound at some point and they can double check that it's actually a girl. :)

This ultrasound picture is definately a little clearer to me. I'm pretty sure she has a head. :)
My mom was thinking positively (from her viewpoint) when she went shopping. :) I have a feeling there is a LOT of shopping in our future....

Pink or Blue?

That is the question. Tomorrow the answer will come (we HOPE!) for both my sister in law and myself. We both have our 20 week ultrasounds tomorrow and we're having dinner with my family to announce the news. We'll pass the cupcakes and both Leanne and I will take the cupcake that tells what we're having. :) It should be fun as long as we can keep the secret from each other that long!!!!

Tonight, I let the kids choose a cupcake for what they thought the baby was going to be. Kaelyn picked blue (not what I expected, but whatever)
Cooper chose pink (again, not what I expected, but whatever).

I guess we'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, only a few hours left to vote if you haven't done so yet. Don't forget!

HA HA HA

Jeff found this comic strip in the newspaper a few weeks ago and its been hanging on our fridge since then. I read it again last night and had to laugh so I thought I would share it with you all. :)
