Can it get any better?

I don't think life can get any better (ok, maybe a little more sleep would make it better...). But I'd say life is pertty darn good as it is!!!

2 weeks (well, almost)

I know technically Campbell won't be 2 weeks old until late tomorrow night, but I wanted to post this picture because I think it's darn cute. :) This was taken after her bath last night. She is trying hard to hold her head up already and is getting pretty successful!

Speaking of her bath, here are some pictures from her very first big girl bath. We thought she was going to hate it since she hates being naked, but she actually loved it! It was so fun to watch her just sit there and look at all of use surrounding her.


Yesterday we also went over to my brother and sister in laws house so that Campbell could meet her newest cousin (they were born 10 days apart). I can just picture them in about 3 years running around and playing together. :)

She's Here!

Well, since I posted last - she has arrived!!!!! Campbell Mercy R* arrived on March 15th, 2010 at 11:41pm after a long and "adventurous" labor. :-) She weighed 7lbs 7oz and measured 20 1/4" long. We are so happy that she is here and that everyone is adjusting pretty well!

This last picture was taken yesterday at 11 days old. This is Campbell's first pair of wool longies. They were supposed to be her coming home outfit, but I just wanted out of the hospital by that point and I couldn't have cared less what she was actually wearing at that moment. LOL

40 weeks

Well, here we are on my due date! Hard for me to believe that I'm here. Nothing much to report though. I guess this baby will come when she is ready! The one thing I know for sure is that *I'M* ready! The stuff is ready. The house is ready (well, as ready as it's going to be). The carseat is ready. The diapers are ready. Now we just need the baby. :) Hopefully soon I'll be able to post that she is here! But until then - happy 40 weeks. :)

The Month of February

Well, this is the extent of our pictures from February. Exciting, huh?! We really did nothing very exciting or special which is why I only took a total of three pictures. LOL

In case you didn't know, Buzz Lightyear is living at our house now. We inherited this costume from some friends at our homeschool co-op and Cooper has pretty much worn it every single day. He LOVES "flying" around the house saying, "Buzz Lightyear to the rescue!"

We call this Cooper's CDA outfit. Jeff got this jacket at work and when Cooper puts it on he looks exactly like the people from Monsters, Inc. that are part of the CDA. LOL Too funny.

And this is Cooper's "I wear more of the frosting from cupcakes than I actually eat" costume. :-)

Single digits

My ticker is down to single digits until my due date. *****9 DAYS***** EEK!!!! Truthfully, I think I'm going to be past my due date. I'm not feeling like this is going to happen any time soon unfortunately. I've had a couple contractions, but I just am not getting "the feeling". I guess I'll be happily surprised if I go before then. My SIL, however, I have a feeling will be having her baby any second! I keep waiting for the call that they are headed in. We'll see!


I'm going to take another belly picture on Thursday when I'm 39 weeks. I'll try to remember to post it. :)
